Our products and services are non-tangible and irrevocable; therefore, once the service or guest post link is delivered to you, it cannot be returned, and your payment cannot be refunded. By purchasing any packages, subscription plans, or sponsored guest post services from MEDIALYTICA, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refund policy.
While our policy is strictly non-refundable, there may be exceptional cases where a refund could be considered. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and the decision to provide a refund will be at the sole discretion of MEDIALYTICA.

In instances where we are unable to publish an article on the selected publisher’s websites, you are eligible for a full refund. Alternatively, we may propose to fulfill the order on other comparable publisher websites. Regardless, the choice for a full refund remains available to you in these circumstances.
Refund Requests During the Publishing Process
Refunds requested during the publishing post process will be denied. We cannot stop a publication that is in process and cannot recoup the costs of publishing an article. Please make sure you review your article thoroughly before you approve it for publication. We make every effort to ensure that your article is free of errors. Still, you should always check: the article meets your requirements, the business contact details are correct, the spelling and grammar are correct, the keywords you provided are used, and that the links work correctly.
Refund Processing Time
Refund requests will be evaluated and responded to within 24 hours and effected within a week.
- PayPal Refunds: Funds will be immediately visible in your PayPal account once processed. The availability of funds will depend on your initial payment method.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds to alternative accounts.

Complaints and Disputes
